My client is a leading global organisation focused on driving impactful change and transformation initiatives across its international business. They are seeking a Senior Change Manager to support key organisational change efforts, with a strong focus on human capital transformation, stakeholder engagement, and structured change management methodologies.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant with a PROSCI certification and a background in business transformation to contribute to meaningful change in a complex, global environment.
Role Overview
As a Senior Change Manager, you will play a key role in the design, delivery, and implementation of strategic change programmes. You will work closely with HR, business leaders, and transformation teams to ensure that change initiatives are structured, people-centric, and effectively embedded within the organisation.
This position is ideal for someone with consulting experience who wants to leverage their change management expertise within a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management & Implementation
- Lead and support enterprise-wide change initiatives focused on organisational transformation, HR effectiveness, and workforce optimisation.
- Apply PROSCI-certified methodologies to deliver structured change programmes, ensuring smooth adoption and sustained impact.
- Develop and implement change frameworks, including impact assessments, change readiness plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Human Capital Transformation
- Partner with HR and business units to drive cultural transformation, employee engagement strategies, and leadership development initiatives.
- Support talent, reskilling, and workforce planning efforts as part of ongoing transformation projects.
- Facilitate change-related communications and training to enhance employee buy-in and retention.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Work closely with senior leaders, HR teams, and business units to align change initiatives with organisational objectives.
- Develop clear, engaging change communications to support awareness and adoption of new ways of working.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, ensuring concerns are addressed and mitigated.
Project & Performance Management
- Track and report on change adoption metrics, feedback, and success measures.
- Identify risks and resistance points, proactively developing mitigation strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and sustainability of change efforts.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in change management, human capital transformation, or business consulting.
- Consulting background preferred, ideally from a Big 4 or leading advisory firm.
- PROSCI certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of organisational design, workforce transformation, and HR effectiveness.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
- Experience working in global or matrixed organisations, with an understanding of cultural adaptability.
- Familiarity with technology-driven change initiatives is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
