Join our Clients Indirect Purchasing Department and play a vital role in managing vendor relationships, negotiations, market analysis, and ensuring timely delivery of services, indirect materials, and company investments.

 

Key Responsibilities

Negotiation

• Define and manage requests for quotation, purchase orders, and negotiations based on technical specifications;
• Scout and evaluate new/alternative suppliers, negotiating purchasing prices, terms, and conditions with continuous benchmarking activities.

Order Management

• Transform purchasing offers into purchase orders through SAP and JDE Oracle, adhering to company procedures;
• Handle the administrative and financial management of the entire order process;
• Monitor purchase trends YoY and manage cost-saving initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Degree in economic engineering management or related field;
• 2-3 years of continuous experience in a buyer role within structured manufacturing companies.
