About the Role

A global organization providing procurement and supply chain services to leading international companies is expanding its European footprint and establishing a new team in Lisbon. We are looking for an experienced Senior Buyer specialising in Logistics, fluent in French and English, to support strategic sourcing activities for major global clients.

What You Will Do

• Lead sourcing initiatives in the logistics category, including: freight (air, ocean, road), warehousing, distribution, courier/express services.
• Manage the full tender lifecycle (RFI/RFP), supplier evaluations, cost analysis, negotiations, and contracting.
• Support key international clients by understanding their business requirements and delivering optimized sourcing solutions.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships to ensure performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in an international environment.

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing within the logistics category.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and experience leading tenders.
• Background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in a fast paced, global setting.
• Proactive, hands on, collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
