Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Consultant with a strong focus on manufacturing and integration with MES systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain processes from an end-to-end perspective and will be responsible for preparing and conducting fit-to-standard workshops.

The aim is to start the company by integrating an implementation project, on an SAP S/4HANA Public cloud implementation, although we are seeking a professional that wants to join Brighten to help us to continue to grow and to expand our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fit-to-standard workshops to align business processes with SAP S/4 best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.
• Analyze and map production processes from planning through to closing.
• Facilitate discussions with business teams using industry-specific language.
• Provide expertise in integrating MES systems with SAP S/4.
• Travel to Portugal and Spain as required for workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Support the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business and SAP projects, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience in MES integration and understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Strong capability to lead workshops and communicate effectively in both Portuguese and English.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certifications relevant to S/4HANA and manufacturing processes.
• Full life cycle for business and IT projects
