WiZink Bank is looking for a Senior Business Development in the Business Development area in Portugal.

This role will play a critical role in supporting the Business Development team by ensuring the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives aimed at securing B2B partnerships. This position requires strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while aligning with business objectives.


Knowledge and Experience:

  • Min. 3 years in a similar role in an business organization.
  • Experience in banking financial industry is a plus.
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.

Education:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.


What would be your main functions?

  • Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices within the Business Development unit.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of partnership-related projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Define KPIs and track performance metrics for partnership projects.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure alignment of project objectives with overall business development strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve efficiency in partnership execution.
  • Implement tools and frameworks to enhance project visibility and accountability.
