The Mission


As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be the spearhead of our European VAT expansion. Your role is to design and execute strategic VAT consulting solutions for a diverse portfolio, ranging from high-growth mid-market companies (SMEs/ETIs) to large international groups.

You will act also as an elite "Product Specialist Overlay," collaborating closely with our network of Sales teams across Europe to transform detected opportunities into high-value contracts.


Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Prospecting: Target and engage C-Suite stakeholders (CFOs, Tax Directors, Group Treasurers) of companies with complex cross-border B2B supply chains.
  • Commercial Execution: Actively prospecting and acquiring new clients. Presenting value propositions aligned with client objectives and available support instruments. You will manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and closing
  • Complex Deal Management: Lead the sales cycle for sophisticated scenarios, including multi-country warehousing, distance stock movements, intercompany recharges, and fiscal representation for non-EU sellers.
  • Network Enablement: Serve as the subject matter expert to train and support our internal sales force in detecting VAT triggers and signals within their existing client portfolios.


Candidate Profile


  • Confirmed Expertise: Minimum of 5-8 years of successful B2B sales experience within the Indirect Tax, VAT, or TaxTech industry.
  • Tax Savvy: Solid understanding of international VAT principles, EU Directives, and the logic of cross-border B2B transactions.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
  • Autonomy: Ability to operate independently within a pan-European model while maintaining strong team synergy.
  • Languages: English and a second European language is a significant asset.
