We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model from Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Needs Analysis: Analyze, align, and validate business needs and technical solutions.
• Project Collaboration: Engage with project teams, define priorities, and support portfolio alignment.
• Documentation: Create and validate detailed business requirements and documentation.
• Testing Participation: Contribute to test planning, execution, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Change Management: Support the implementation of new solutions and manage organizational changes related to project deliverables.
• Impact Management: Identify business impacts and collaborate on action plan development to mitigate risks.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business analysis roles within agile and multicultural environments.
• Project Management: Strong knowledge of project methodologies and frameworks.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in process analysis, solution design, and testing implementation.
• Languages:
• Master-level fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Fluency in Italian is strongly valued.
• Data Management Knowledge: Solid understanding of data management practices and associated challenges.
