A-to-Be is looking for a Senior Business & Data Analyst with solid international experience to support a high-impact, cross-organizational project.

This opportunity will place you at the core of an innovative initiative with international reach, focused on designing a comprehensive Monitoring layer that integrates both operational and analytical perspectives.

Requirements

• Act as the main analyst supporting the development of a monitoring and observability layer across operational systems, translating high-level requirements into actionable KPIs and data pipelines;

• Map KPIs to relevant data sources, systems, and processes, identifying gaps and supporting the design of the required data acquisition and transformation solutions (e.g., probes, file extractions, system integrations);

• Collaborate closely with technical teams to support the implementation of monitoring mechanisms across diverse platforms and environments;

• Engage regularly with stakeholders from the consortium to gather requirements, facilitate alignment, and ensure traceability across business and technical layers;

• Participate in and lead workshops and working sessions with stakeholders in both remote and in-person formats;

• Design BI Solutions such as dashboards and reports to ensure ongoing visibility of project metrics, status and performance reports;

• Ensure coherence between operational and analytical monitoring across multiple systems;

• Support documentation, governance and traceability of metrics, definitions, and data sources.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in data and analytics, with strong exposure to international or consortium-based projects;

• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into KPIs, metrics, and structured monitoring frameworks;

• Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI);

• Solid command of query languages and data manipulation (e.g., SQL) and familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud environments (e.g., Databricks, Azure);

• Understanding of operational observability and monitoring concepts (e.g., through tools like Zabbix, Dynatrace);

• Knowledge of data architectures, system integration, and traceability mechanisms;

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, run workshops, and align business and technical teams;

• Strong critical thinking, persistence, and attention to detail in solving complex data challenges;

• Highly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work across diverse environments and cultures;

• Capable of fostering consensus and collaboration across multiple stakeholders;

• Fluency in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus;

• Availability for occasional travel as needed within Europe
