Your new Role
As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for: - Develop and maintain high-quality Back-End Services, using Java and other technologies;
- Implement and integrate REST API’s and Microservices;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features;
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge;
- Identify and solve performance and reliability issues in their applications;
- Work within Agile Methodologies (SAFe, Scrum and Kanban) and contribute to continuous improvement;
- Engage in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization with Docker.
What you will need to be Succeed
To be succeed as a Senior Back-End Developer you will need: - +4 years of experience working in Back-End Development;
- Familiarity with TypeScript / JavaScript and Node.js frameworks;
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres, DynamoDB, etc.);
- Experience in designing and implementing integrations (Microservices, REST, GraphQL and SOAP);
- Good knowledge about Cloud Services (AWS and Kubernetes) and DevOps tools (Docker and Jenkins) and CI/CD practices;
- Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub and Bitbucket);
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms;
- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka);
- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, single page applications or Headless CMS architecture – nice to have;
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn new technical and non-technical skills;
- Wiling to work to benefit a team as a whole;
- Experience from work in a multi-location teams;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Fluency in English and in Portuguese.
