Your new role 
As Senior Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic and financial execution of new and ongoing development projects. You will work closely with the board and cross-functional teams to help shape the direction of select projects, from investment analysis to delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and underwrite new investment opportunities using advanced financial modelling;
• Lead and coordinate due diligence processes across legal, technical, and commercial areas;
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal committees and capital partners;
• Support structuring, negotiation, and execution of project financing;
• Take part in strategic decision-making for selected projects, including positioning, phasing, and exit strategy;
• Monitor project performance by maintaining up-to-date business plans and cash flow models;
• Review and prepare quarterly investor reporting and capital call documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field;
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, private equity, investment banking, or consulting;
• Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel;
• Solid understanding of real estate development processes and investment analysis;
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders;
• Experience in coordinating due diligence and managing cross-functional teams;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is a plus.
