We are searching for a Senior AI/ML Software Developer to join our development team in Lisbon, working as a Programmer with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, specifically in Machine Learning, pattern recognition, and inference. The professional will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions that process large volumes of data, contributing to the creation of innovative and intelligent products in the aeronautics and energy sectors.

What will be your main duties?

• Implementation of Machine Learning algorithms for analysis and processing of large volumes of data.
• Development of pattern recognition models and inference systems.
• Collaboration with the team to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Participation in all phases of the software development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance).
• Ensure code quality by following best development practices.
• Documentation of code and implemented solutions.

What do you need to join us?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields.
• 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, 1 year working in AI/ Machine Learning projects.
• Programming languages: C/C++, C#, Python.
• Machine Learning: TensorFlow, PyTorch or other tools.
• Operating Systems / Platforms: Linux, Windows.
• Databases: SQL (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB or other).
• Code versioning (Git).
• Native Portuguese, technical English (reading and writing).
• Analytical skills and problem-solving ability, proactivity and willingness to learn, good communication and teamwork skills.
