About the Role: Senior AI Engineer - Backend
(Hybrid Regime)
Required Skills
- +7 years of professional experience, with Python as the core programming language.
- Open to working with other programming languages as needed.
- Proven experience in building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and fine-tuning models.
- Hands-on involvement in both leading existing components and implementing new solutions.
- Strong background in the architecture, implementation, and optimisation of AI/ML platforms.
- Ability to take an existing architecture plan and design the next phase, improving scalability and performance.
- Autonomous and proactive, capable of exploring and testing different technologies as needed.
- Strong focus on best practices, including clean code, testing, monitoring, and maintainability.
- Experience with infrastructure optimisation and performance tuning.
