Are you passionate about building impactful AI solutions that go beyond the hype? One of Asendia's partners is hiring an AI Engineer to help companies translate cutting-edge AI into real business value using Azure, OpenAI, and MLOps best practices.

You'll work on end-to-end AI solutions-from data ingestion and transformation to deploying LLMs and speech models in production. If you're excited by GenAI, love Python, and want to shape the future of enterprise AI, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Build & deploy scalable ML/AI pipelines on Azure & Databricks
• Work with LLMs, NLP, TTS/STT, and predictive analytics use cases
• Integrate generative AI into real-world business processes
• Collaborate across data science, engineering & product teams
• Ensure AI projects meet high standards of governance, ethics & compliance
• Use MLOps best practices for automation, monitoring & optimization

? What You Bring

• 3+ years in AI/ML engineering or data science, with solid data engineering skills
• Strong Python skills and experience with Azure ML, OpenAI, and Databricks
• Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, Copilot, and speech models
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure (Docker, containers, APIs)
• Awareness of GDPR & AI governance
• Excellent communication skills in English (C2); German is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI, or a related field
