Hays is helping an International Consultancy Company looking for a Senior Agile
Master!
Your new role
You will work as an Agile Master, helping large organisations implement Agile
and reorganise their areas to be more efficient.
What do you need to succeed
- Understanding of Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Product, OKR, among others;
- International certifications;
- Experience as Senior Agile Coach in large companies, preferably
international companies;
- Experience as a Consultant, preferably more than 10 years;
- Experience as a Trainer, giving classes both in Portuguese and English;
- Fluent English;
- Spanish is a plus.
