Description

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.
• Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accurate reporting of financial data.
• Manage tax compliance processes, including VAT and corporate tax filings.
• Monitor and improve internal controls to ensure financial integrity.
• Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate audits and resolve any findings.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities to assist in strategic planning.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Audit.
• Knowledge of IFRS and statutory accounting requirements.
• Understanding of audit processes and internal controls.
• Knowledge of tax and financial reporting processes in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in the Netherlands market is highly valued.
