.NET Developer International Banking Project

Location Lisbon Hybrid (2x per week onsite)

Contract Full-time, direct contract

We are looking for a .NET Developer to join a long-term international project in the banking sector, focused on maintaining and evolving critical .NET-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and profile code in Visual Studio 2022
• Program in C# and extend or build new GUI components using WinForms
• Use Blackduck to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities
• Extract and manipulate large datasets using Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring performance and accuracy
• Apply version control best practices using Bitbucket (branching, merging, revisions, diff reconciliation)
• Convert and import flat file data into SQL Server
• Work with XML manipulation and generate native Excel files (without COM Interop)

Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET 8 (LTS)
• Hands-on experience with WinForms, C#, and SQL Server Management Studio
• Solid understanding of secure coding and performance tuning
• Experience with source control tools (preferably Bitbucket)
• Comfortable with data transformation and structured documentation
• Fluency in English
