Join our client´s Team as a Scrum Master

 

About the Role

Were seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our client´s team and play a key role in facilitating agile practices and driving team performance. If you have a passion for Agile frameworks, team development, and delivering value-driven results, we want to hear from you!

 

Location Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid 23 days in the office)

Working Hours 09001800 (including a 1-hour lunch break)

 

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives

Guide teams and Product Owners to deliver business value metrics and maintain solution predictability

Maintain high-quality discipline in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ITSM for accurate reporting and dashboards

Continuously mentor and motivate Scrum teams across various locations to achieve self-sufficiency

Develop improvement backlogs to enhance team maturity, productivity, and agility

Act as a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) advocate and guide improvements in ways of working

Collaborate with stakeholders and provide functional guidance for business requirements

 

 

Must-Have Skills

5 years of Scrum Master experience

Proficient communication skills (oral and written), including presenting with MS Visio and PowerPoint

Client relationship management skills, with the ability to engage independently with clients

 

Good-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of the Telecom domain and Salesforce technology

Familiarity with DevOps frameworks and CI/CD tools
