Job Description:

We are looking for Data Analysts with Snowflake / SAS experience who is ready to join our Client's team in Madrid, Spain.

This role is part of a strategic data transformation project focused on the migration of systems from SAS Enterprise to the Snowflake platform. The project spans operations across Portugal and Spain, aiming to modernize data infrastructure and optimize analytical processes across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the migration of data from SAS Enterprise to Snowflake.
• Map, analyze, and identify existing SAS scripts used by various business units.
• Rewrite and adapt SAS scripts for the Snowflake architecture, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Work with large volumes of data, converting SAS tables and structures into optimized Snowflake models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Portugal and Spain to meet project objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with SAS analytics and development tools.
• Prior experience or technical knowledge of Snowflake is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to map and analyze complex data processes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with business and technology teams across regions.
• Project management skills, combining technical expertise with soft skills to drive results.
• Ability to handle large datasets and manage multiple tables efficiently.
• Good spoken Spanish is a must!
