For one of our global clients, we are currently looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants with strong skills in one of the submodules.
Job details:
- Role: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
- Location: Highly preferred to have hybrid work with one day in the office in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra
- Full time
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 6-12 months + extension
Scope:
- Analyze current time management and absence processes
- Advise on best practices and solution design within SAP SuccessFactors
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation activities
- Conduct workshops (remote and occasional onsite sessions)
- Configure and test the solution
- Support integration discussions (if applicable)
- Assist during deployment and post-go-live support
Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors
- Proven experience in one of the SuccessFactors areas ( Employee Central, Time Tracking, Learning, Recruiting, Reporting, Integration, Data Migration
- Strong configuration skills in SuccessFactors
- At least one full end-to-end implementation experience in one of the modules defined above.
- Fluent in English and/or Portuguese
