SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics Consultant

We are looking for a Detail-driven and strategic SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics Consultant with 5 years of experience delivering robust data and analytics solutions across the SAP SuccessFactors suite. Specialized in People Analytics, Advanced Reporting, and Workforce Analytics to help HR and business leaders make informed, data-backed decisions.

Proficient in designing dashboards, story reports, and KPI frameworks aligned with business goals. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, governance, and compliance, with a strong ability to translate complex HR data into actionable insights.

Core Competencies:

• SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics
• Advanced Reporting (Canvas, Ad Hoc, Story Reports)
• SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics & Metrics Packs
• Story Reporting with Tables, Charts, Calculations
• Cross-Module Data Models (EC, PMGM, LMS, Compensation, etc.)
• Custom Calculated Columns & Filters
• Permissions & Role-Based Access for Reporting
• Executive Dashboards & KPI Visualization
• Data Quality Audits & Governance Setup
• Integration with 3rd-Party BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Report Center Enablement & Administration
• HR Metrics: Headcount, Turnover, DEI, Compensation, Talent

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor Degree
• SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics - Functional
• SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics - Technical
• SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting
• SAP Certified - Employee Central (recommended)
• Data Analytics or BI certifications (optional)
