What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of professional experience working managing SAP infrastructure in enterprise environments
• Extensive hands-on experience managing SAP ECC on-premise estates
• Proven experience operating large-scale SAP environments, with 100+ VMs across Production and Non-Production
• Strong background in infrastructure security, patching, auditing, and system monitoring, with a focus on minimizing downtime
• Experience in improving and modernizing operational processes, particularly around security patching and resilience
• Solid understanding of SAP infrastructure resilience and Disaster Recovery strategies, ideally across multiple data centers
• Familiarity with SAP database performance, system sizing, and optimization
• Exposure to SAP S4/HANA migration initiatives, either hands-on or in early project phases
• Awareness of cloud-adjacent SAP strategies involving Azure, AWS, or GCP within a migration or transformation roadmap
• Experience working within complex delivery ecosystems, including collaboration with third-party partners
• English proficiency at B2 level

Important:

This position is remote-based in Portugal. Candidates should be available to relocate within Portugal, and have a Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, to be considered.
