We're Hiring: SAP Service Manager

Hybrid - 3x/week onsite in Lisbon

Are you ready to take a strategic role in the management of cloud services within the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)? Join a project where your expertise will directly impact service governance, scalability and cross-environment connectivity.

We are looking for a SAP Service Manager to act as a key player in the centralized management of services and applications across platforms such as Cloud Foundry, Kyma, and ABAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Registration: Manage access from multiple platforms to SAP BTP services
• Service Broker Management: Oversee and control the service brokers linked to the ecosystem
• Service Instance Management: Manage service instantiation across environments (e.g. HANA Cloud, Event Mesh)
• Service Binding Management: Define secure bindings between apps and services
• Access and Quota Enforcement: Apply rules for usage, security and quota limits

Because it ensures secure, efficient and scalable use of services in SAP BTP - especially in multi-cloud and hybrid environments. You will directly influence interoperability, architecture reliability, and service availability for critical enterprise operations.

Must-Have Skills:

• SAP BTP / SAP Business Technology Platform
• Experience with Service Brokers, Service Instances, Bindings, and Quota Management
• Cloud Foundry and/or Kyma
• SAP Integration and/or Extension Suite
• Strong understanding of runtime environments & multi-environment platforms
