The SAP SD Consultant will be responsible for designing, customising, and validating SAP solutions to meet business needs. They will work closely with Scrum team members and Product Owners, following the Agile/SCRUM approach. They will receive guidance from the Scrum team, Architects, and Senior Systems Analysts, and are expected to train on relevant SAP technologies to become increasingly self-sufficient. The consultant should be flexible to learn and work on different SAP technologies as needed. They are also expected to adhere to standard Scrum practices established in the ESS Scrum Team department.
Responsibilities
- Assisting Product Owners in designing, prototyping, and leading the implementation of customer-facing solutions?especially are based on SAP ECC SD and SAP CRM;
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD and SAP CRM;
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements;
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions;
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements;
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues;
- Work self-directed and independently;
- Support on multiple projects to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities including articulating, analysing requirements, and translating them into effective solutions.

What you will need to succeed
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects;
- Minimum of 6 years designing and configuring SD and CRM modules;
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time;
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of SAP ECC (LE, MM, WM, FI-CO);
- Knowledge of SAP CRM;
- Experience in SAP CRM Middleware, integration with SAP and non-SAP systems through Idoc, bdocs, Web-services, Web-Methods, or any other middleware;
- Performed detailed system analysis, develop functional and technical specifications;
- Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, monitoring, rollout and post-implementation support;
- Experience in working with teams to prioritise work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs;
- Ability to negotiate with business partners and CIS peers to achieve positive results.
