Ferring is opening an IT Center of Excellence (CoE) in Lisbon, Portugal, to build and operate a new global ERP platform and we are looking to attract qualified and motivated candidates. To enable Ferring to keep up with new demands, changes and business needs, we are now recruiting a professional team that will implement the new ERP in countries throughout the world as well as its central and support functions. The ERP program is expected to run for at least four years and the scope of the new team’s work will include global implementation, as well as on-going operation and maintenance. In addition, the IT CoE in Lisbon will be an integral part of Ferring’s Global IT Function.

Your new role

Your responsibility as a SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Planning Analyst will be to support the Application Specialist, in order to ensure the delivery of high-quality processes and technical solutions together with proper documentation, validation and testing, data preparation and change request implementation. Support the business in user requirements specifications for Core and Local Deployment; Create functional design specifications (FDS) and support developers on the creation of the technical design specifications (TDS) – configuration documents and RICEFs; Build and Unit Test the functional solution throughout the program and document as per program methodology will also be part of your new role. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to provide support to global data cleansing, migration and business role definitions, to support in the preparation of design workshops and follow up activities, to support the preparation of the change requests for core functionalities and local requirements, to support E2E testing activities, to support the resolution of testing defects, as well as to give support in the creation of cutover plans, go-live, hyper care and execution in areas. As a SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Planning Analyst you will work in the Agile team in the delivery of user stories and take part in program increment (PI), planning and pre/post-PI planning, system and solution demos, as well as inspect and adapt (I&A) events.

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for a professional with experience in the implementation of supply chain processes like unconstrained Supply Planning, Rough-cut capacity analysis, constrained Supply Planning using different Optimization Models, Consensus Supply Planning, local and global Review Processes. In addition, the “what-if” scenario analysis and event planning in life sciences are also valued. SAP S/4 HANA experience in supply planning, supply review processes and S&OP, as well as basic production planning expertise in the SAP S/4 context are desired characteristics. As a plus, the knowledge in Kinaxis Rapid Response Supply Planning, in Life Sciences, as well as the Rapid Response experience working and developing dashboards, forms, scorecards widgets, workbooks and scripting are also valued. ?
