Location Lisbon.

Are you a skilled SAP Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead projects to success? Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As an SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production of required products, coordinating with customers and business units, and ensuring smooth project handovers.

Responsibilities

• Effective management of project baselines and deliverables;
• Partnership with customers and business units for project acceptance and handover;
• Define and manage project requirements and traceability matrix;
• Produce and coordinate materials and baselines throughout all project phases;
• Establish and report project KPIs to the Project Board;
• Manage business and project risks with effective planning and risk assessment;
• Ensure compliance with formal review procedures and project management standards;
• Manage project costs, track expenses, and support Business Units in meeting payment milestones;
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders (customers, subcontractors, and senior managers);
• Ensure milestone achievements are signed off and relevant invoices are raised.

Key Performance Indicators

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality;
• Achieve project margin and customer satisfaction scores;
• Receive positive assignment feedback scores;
• Maintain accurate status in project management reporting tools;
• Meet acceptance criteria and conform to Operational Readiness Review;
• Document formal reviews and ensure timely availability of assets;
• Ensure progress reports and risk plans are accepted by assignment managers;
• Manage contingency use or release efficiently;
• Ensure successful acceptance into service.

Requirements (mandatory)

• PMP Certification;
• SAP Activate Certification;
• Experience with SAP Projects;
• Fluency in German;
• Fluency in English.
