Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes and ensure SAP systems effectively support operations:
• Support the integration of SAP S/4HANA with internal and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and system functionality;
• Deliver user training and provide ongoing support to enable effective use of the SAP system;
• Lead core model alignment workshops with business process owners and implementation partners;
• Assess the technical feasibility of proposed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements;
• Ensure functional and technical solutions comply with business needs and organizational standards;
• Facilitate knowledge transfer of functional and technical processes to Application Maintenance Support teams.

Profile

• SAP S/4HANA Retail expertise, with hands-on experience in greenfield transformation projects;
• Familiarity with SAP VIM, SAP Rebate Settlement, S/4HANA Workflows, Delegation of Authorities, SAP BTP, and Custom Application Development;
• Proficient in configuring SAP FI and VIM to align Accounts Payable processes with best practices;
• Experience with SAP integration tools and methodologies;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders and end-users;
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field;
• SAP certifications are a plus;
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate technical teams effectively;
• Strong prioritization and time management abilities;
• Adaptability to changing project scopes, stakeholder needs, and technology advancements;
• Fluency in English required; French and Italian proficiency are advantageous.
