QSR supports a respected global SAP client in finding an SAP HRIS Release Manager in Portugal to support a project.

Summary

• 3-5+ years of experience in release management, preferably in SAP

• Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and interaction with SAP vendors

• Experience in HR and payroll systems, ideally within the French regulatory context

• Proven track record in executing governance processes such as CAB and change control

• Familiarity with data compliance and data purging strategies (e.g., GDPR)

• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills

• Strong proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

• Fluent in English; French is a strong plus

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams

• Technologically curious, with an interest in HR tech innovation and automation

Hybrid working mode: Lisbon or Oporto
