Description

• Implement and support SAP HCM solutions
• Focus primarily on the Payroll module and Time Management
• Collaborate with clients to design tailored and efficient solutions
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive innovation
• Contribute to best practices and clear documentation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in agile environments

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM (including at least 2 full-cycle implementations)
• Proven experience in SAP Payroll
• Knowledge of Time Management (a plus)
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (nice to have)
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Certifications in SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Payroll (big plus)
