Your New Role:
As an SAP Functional Logistics Consultant, you will be instrumental in advancing our SAP Digitalisation Journey. Your role involves implementing solutions that seamlessly integrate shop floor operations with enterprise systems, optimising production processes, and enabling real-time business insights.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with business users to gather and document requirements for logistics and supply chain processes.
- Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation using SAP Logistic Modules functionalities.
- Design end-to-end solutions that align with business goals and SAP best practices, participate in SAP Logistic/Supply Chain implementation or rollout projects.
- Ensure integration of SAP Logistic/Supply Chain with other modules like FI/CO, develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during testing and post-go-live, provide post-go-live support, including issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, technical documentation, and training materials, train key users on SAP Logistic processes and functionalities, and provide helpdesk support as part of the team.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with ERP systems, including at least one full lifecycle implementation as an SAP functional consultant in logistics modules.
- Strong knowledge of core logistics/supply chain functionalities and interfaces with other SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, and their integration with other logistics modules.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (verbal and written).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and client-facing skills, ability to lead meetings and presentations, team player with a proactive attitude.
