Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, COPA, and Bank Accounting.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes, ensuring optimal design and integration.
• Manage and support end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and enhancements of SAP FICO.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve system or process issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Support users through training, guidance, and issue resolution.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards and practices.
• Work closely with finance teams to streamline financial reporting and planning activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Strong knowledge in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank) and CO (CCA, PCA, COPA, Internal Orders).
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations and support projects.
• Solid understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, HCM).
• Experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
