Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative insurance solutions;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;

• Analyze complex business processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement;

• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, workflow diagrams, and user stories;

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions;

• Produce comprehensive business analysis reports and presentations;

• Recommend process optimizations and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency;

• Participate in the testing and validation of new or updated insurance products and services;

• Provide analytical support and insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• 3-4+ years of experience with SAP FICO;

• Experience in migration projects with SAP S/4HANA;

• Extensive experience in business analysis within the insurance industry;

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex challenges;

• Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization techniques;

• Experience working in English-speaking environments;

• Proven track record of delivering successful business analysis projects;

• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills in dynamic, cross-functional environments;

• Previous experience in international projects is highly valued.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with additional SAP modules or insurance software platforms;

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and business process improvement frameworks;

• Familiarity with reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
