We're Hiring: SAP FI-AP (Accounts Payable) Consultant - Freelance

Location: Lisbon or Oporto - Hybrid

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Freelance

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI-AP Consultant to support our client's ongoing projects within an agile, international environment. This freelance opportunity offers the chance to work with cutting-edge SAP technologies and contribute to key business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure SAP AP processes and ensure seamless integration with other modules
• Identify and implement process enhancements using new SAP functionalities
• Troubleshoot and resolve recurring issues
• Maintain SAP documentation and knowledge databases
• Create detailed technical specifications for the ABAP team
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and participate in testing
• Occasional travel may be required

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP FI-AP
• Strong understanding of vendor master data, invoice/payment processing
• Experience with VIM, APM, and S/4HANA
• Finance and accounting knowledge
• Debugging skills (a plus)
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in multicultural teams
