Requisitos: We are currently developing a recruitment process for an SAP Employee Central Payroll for a leading global audit, tax, transaction, and consulting firm.
We are looking for candidates with Academic degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or other related field of study; Between 4 to 6 years of professional experience in SAP Employee Central, mainly in a consulting environment; SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll certification; A strong interest in technology and its use in business processes; Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
Key Responsibilities: •Implement, develop and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions in a large range of clients; •Conceptualize the technical integration of SuccessFactors to the system landscape of the customers; •Control and support of test cycles and rollout; •Identify customer requirements; •Deliver quality client service, analyze complex problems and deliver insightful solutions; •Participate in Sales and Presales activities; •Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience; •Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices; •Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems; •Present thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients; •Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients recognize technology as a business enabler to drive employee experience; •Contribute to the team’s good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best results.
