Join Our Global SAP Support Team in Albergaria-a-Velha (Portugal)

As a SAP Basis Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and security of our SAP-based systems. Working closely with our SAP Centre of Excellence, you'll be involved in high-impact technical support, major incident resolution, system health audits, upgrades, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise high availability and disaster recovery SAP solutions
• Deliver expert-level second/third line technical support
• Analyse and resolve system issues and perform root cause analysis
• Manage incidents, assess SAP OSS notes, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices
• Plan and execute updates, patches, and system upgrades
• Collaborate with SAP functional experts and business teams
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliers

Your Profile

• Proven experience in SAP Basis operations, including support and implementation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to understand stakeholder needs
• Experience working in international environments handling incidents and change requests
• Proactive, analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Operational knowledge in systems such as S/4, ECC, BW/4, CRM, and more
• Proficiency in Linux, Unix, and Windows environments
• Familiar with ITIL and SCRUM methodologies
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
