Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead with strong hands on expertise and proven leadership experience to guide development teams and drive the delivery of high quality Salesforce solutions.
In this role, you will act as a technical reference and team leader, ensuring best practices, architectural consistency and effective collaboration across business and IT stakeholders. You will remain hands on while playing a key role in technical decision making, mentoring and delivery alignment.
What You Will Do
- Lead and guide Salesforce development teams on a day to day basis
- Act as the technical reference for Salesforce solutions and platform design
- Design, develop and review solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Define and enforce development standards, best practices and coding guidelines
- Support architectural decisions and ensure scalability, security and performance
- Coordinate technical activities and priorities with product owners and project managers
- Mentor developers and actively contribute to their technical growth
- Lead code reviews and ensure high quality and maintainable solutions
- Oversee integrations with external systems (REST / SOAP, event based patterns)
- Support release management, deployments and CI/CD pipelines
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Salesforce Expertise
- Strong and proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including:
- Apex (triggers, async processing, batch jobs)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce data model, security and sharing rules
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization
Leadership & Team Experience (Mandatory)
- Proven experience leading development teams or acting as a technical lead
- Experience mentoring and supporting other developers
- Ability to drive alignment, technical decisions and delivery quality
- Comfortable managing technical discussions with senior stakeholders
- Experience working in complex or enterprise scale environments
Integration & Delivery
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, platform events)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control and automated deployments
- Familiarity with deployment tools and release processes
- Exposure to Experience Cloud or additional Salesforce clouds is a plus
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
- Structured and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Collaborative mindset and team oriented attitude
- Professional proficiency in English (B2+ or higher)
Experience & Background
- Several years of professional experience in Salesforce development
- Clear track record of technical leadership or team coordination
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields is valued
