Contract Full-time, Direct Contract
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Technical Architect to join our clients team. If you have deep expertise in Salesforce design, development, and CRM processes, and enjoy working on cutting-edge cloud solutions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Requirement Analysis to identify the required configuration and development activities for Salesforce and other relevant solutions.
- Design and implement business technology solutions, focusing on Salesforce.com and other custom cloud-based applications.
- Provide expert-level technical assistance to developers and guide them in custom program solutions and interfaces.
- Work closely with clients to identify enterprise issues and design solutions aligned with IT architecture.
- Utilize your deep functional knowledge of Sales and Support Business Processes to drive solution design.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development (Visualforce pages, Components, Apex, Classes, Triggers, Queueable Apex, and Salesforce Platform APIs).
- Design processes and solutions for Product Modelling, Order Management, and Orchestration (New Orders and MACD), including integration with Salesforce, Cloudsense CPQ, and Siebel CRM.
- Provide expertise in CRM Process Design, aligned with the eTOM Framework, specifically with Salesforce CRM, Cloudsense CPQ, and Siebel CRM.
- Design solutions for both Wireless and Fixed Line product lines, ensuring smooth integration with Salesforce.
- Basic understanding of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) concepts.
Requirements
- 8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce technical expertise.
- Proven experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, etc.) and cloud-based solutions design.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT architecture and Salesforce CRM processes.
- Expertise in Product Modelling, Order Management, and Orchestration.
- Experience in designing processes aligned with eTOM Framework and working with solutions such as Cloudsense CPQ and Siebel CRM.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency with tools like MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent client relationship skills and ability to engage independently with clients.
