Salesforce Coordinator Lisbon 12-Month Contract Permanent Hire

Join a major digital transformation in the international consumer sector!

We're supporting a global organisation looking for a Senior Salesforce Coordinator to take ownership of a multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with strong Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud expertise who can lead teams, manage partners, and drive CRM excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud)
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Salesforce Consultants
• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM and Marketing Cloud solutions
• Oversee integrations, release management, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners
• Ensure best practices, governance, and high-quality execution across all CRM initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience with Salesforce Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud
• Proven background leading implementations and coordinating external partners
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with CRM, cloud technologies, and DevOps/Salesforce release processes
• Ability to work onsite in Lisbon 3 days per week (Tue-Thu)
• Fluency in Portuguese & English
