The company you're going to work at:  Exciting Opportunity to Work with a Leading IT Consultancy via Hays!

Your new role:

• Lead technical architecture, design, and development for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Oversee implementation of SFMC components (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).
• Develop AMPscript, SQL queries, and API integrations with CRM, CDP, and web platforms.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and campaign performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering team growth.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, best practices, and MarTech trends.

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and architecture.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proven experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms.
• Deep understanding of customer journey design, segmentation, and personalization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
