We are hiring a Salesforce Developer to join a cross-functional engineering team, designing, developing and deploying Salesforce solutions in a complex enterprise environment with multiple clouds and integrations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce
- Customise Salesforce applications and features to meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Create and optimise custom objects, workflows, validation rules, reports and dashboards
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues ensuring platform stability and performance
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects and stakeholders to gather, analyse and refine requirements
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to technical architecture decisions
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices
- Support deployment and release management activities across multiple environments
- Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in Agile ceremonies
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience, with 4 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development
- Strong experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers and Batch Apex
- Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model including profiles, roles, permission sets and sharing rules
- Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and release management
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional environments
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I/II, Administrator or App Builder
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration platforms
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center and automated deployment tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
- Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations
