We are looking for an Amazing: Salesforce Developer

Seniority: 3-4

Type of position: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite - Tuesday and Thursday - in Braga, or Coimbra)

The amazing you, will have:

• +3 years of professional experience in Salesforce Development
• Solid experience with Apex (classes, triggers, batch, future methods)
• Strong knowledge in Visualforce, with ability to build and customize custom pages
• Experience developing reusable components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
• Experience working with B2B Commerce and Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL queries
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, OAuth 2.0, and Named Credentials
• Strong handling of large data volumes (LDV), batch processing and performance optimization
• High-quality test development, achieving using test classes
• Familiarity with Debug Logs, Developer Console, and other debugging tools
• CI/CD experience using tools like Jenkins, Gearset, or Copado
• Proficiency with Git for source control and managing sandbox environments
• Understanding of Salesforce Security Model: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules
• Experience implementing Shield Encryption and Field-Level Security
• Comfortable working in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1 level)
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams (Admins, QAs, PMs)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Effective time management and task prioritization skills
