Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce (SFDC) or CRM implementation, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems as required by customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
- Provide end-user training and support.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of SFDC or CRM implementation experience.
- Full life-cycle Salesforce implementations with strong expertise in one of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
- Experience architecting and managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle SFDC implementations of CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, etc).
- Good communication skills.
- Analytical capacity and approach, study and understanding of complex scenarios.
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
