Associate (0-3 years)
Tasks:
• Support configuration tasks (e.g., page layouts, workflows)
• Assist in Apex/Visualforce development under supervision
• Participate in testing and deployment activities.
Requirements:
• Basic Apex, SOQL, Lightning App Builder, Trailhead badges
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Good English proficiency
• Eagerness to learn, teamwork, communication skills
Recommended Certification:
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
Medior (3-7 years)
Tasks:
• Develop custom components using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
• Integrate third-party systems via APIs
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with admins and BAs to refine requirements.
Requirements:
• Strong Apex, LWC, Git, CI/CD familiarity
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Good English proficiency
• Problem-solving, mentoring, project management
Recommended Certification:
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (optional)
Senior (7+ years)
Tasks:
• Lead technical design and architecture for Sales Cloud solutions
• Oversee code quality, security, and scalability
• Mentor team members and enforce development standards
• Engage with stakeholders to align tech with business strategy.
Requirements:
• Expert in Apex, LWC, DevOps, enterprise architecture
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Good English proficiency
• Leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management
Recommended Certification:
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Application Architect (optional for enterprise-level roles)
