Associate (0-3 years)
Tasks:
• Assist in building and maintaining email campaigns, customer journeys, and automation workflows
• Support data integration and segmentation tasks
• Conduct basic A/B testing and performance tracking
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaign requirements.
Requirements:
• Basic AMPscript, HTML/CSS, SQL, eagerness to learn SFMC tools
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Good English proficiency
• Eagerness to learn, teamwork, communication skills.
Recommended Certification:
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
Medior (3-7 years)
Tasks:
• Design and implement complex journeys and triggered sends
• Manage data extensions, automation studio, and contact builder
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize campaign performance
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to documentation.
Requirements:
• Proficient in AMPscript, SSJS, REST/SOAP APIs, Journey Builder
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Good English proficiency
• Problem-solving, mentoring, project management
Recommended Certification:
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer
Senior (7+ years)
Tasks:
• Architect scalable SFMC solutions aligned with business goals
• Lead integrations with external systems (e.g., CRM, CDP)
• Define best practices and governance for marketing automation
• Drive innovation and platform adoption across teams.
Requirements:
• Deep SFMC expertise, cross-cloud integration, leadership
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Good English proficiency
• Leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management
Recommended Certification:
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant (optional for strategic roles)
