We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support Salesforce initiatives in an Automotive Tech environment.
Work setup: Hybrid - Porto, with on-site presence 2x per month.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and pain points for Salesforce-related initiatives
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to support scalable solution design aligned with business objectives
- Analyze and optimize CRM workflows across lead-to-opportunity, case management, and customer service processes
- Prepare test cases and support UAT to ensure quality delivery of new features and releases
- Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials for end-users
- Deliver user training and support adoption of Salesforce capabilities across business teams
- Act as the main point of contact for Salesforce projects and communicate technical topics
Must-have requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst, mainly in Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
- Good knowledge of CRM processes such as lead-to-opportunity, case management, and customer service
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools, including Flows and Process Builder
- Ability to create reports and dashboards for business insights
- Understanding of Salesforce data management and security models
- Experience working in Agile environments and writing user stories
- Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, integration concepts, and Data Loader
- Fluency in English
