What will you do?

• Analyze telecommunications business processes and design end-to-end customer journeys using the Comms Cloud data model;
• Develop complex, high-performing solutions using OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors;
• Configure Enterprise Product Catalogs (EPC) and CPQ logic, including product modeling, pricing rules, and configurations;
• Design and implement technical orchestration workflows within the Order Management (OM) module;
• Extend platform capabilities through custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and industry-specific APIs;
• Document technical designs and actively contribute to architectural and solutioning discussions.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on Industry Clouds;
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Comms Cloud (Vlocity);
• Strong understanding of the Shared Information/Data Model (SID);
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs;
• Experience producing clear technical documentation and participating in architectural discussions;
• Relevant Salesforce certifications.
