Salesforce Business Analyst (Contract-to-Hire)

Shape the Future of Salesforce Delivery in a Hybrid, Business-Critical Role

We are working with a leading organisation seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a strategic Salesforce programme on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for a consultant who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, translating business needs into clear Salesforce solutions, and being hands-on during delivery with a long-term opportunity in mind.

You will be embedded within the delivery team, working 3 days onsite in Lisbon, supporting key business initiatives across Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between business and Salesforce delivery teams, leading requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define business processes, pain points, and future-state Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Support end-to-end delivery across Salesforce initiatives, from discovery through UAT and go-live.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure solutions align with business outcomes.
• Support change management, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in enterprise or multi-country environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce core platforms (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams (Scrum / SAFe).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working 3 days onsite in Lisbon.
• Fluent in Portuguese (English is a plus).
