Associate (0-3 years)
Tasks:
• Document business processes and pain points
• Support requirement gathering and testing
• Assist in UAT and change management.
Requirements:
• Analytical mindset, stakeholder communication
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Good English proficiency
• Eagerness to learn, teamwork, communication skills
Recommended Certification:
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (entry-level)
Medior (3-7 years)
Tasks:
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with admins/devs to validate solutions
• Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews
Requirements:
• Agile/Scrum, data analysis, CRM understanding
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Good English proficiency
• Problem-solving, project management, stakeholder communication
• Salesforce Admin Cert (optional)
Recommended Certification:
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
Senior (7+ years)
Tasks:
• Lead discovery sessions and roadmap planning
• Align business goals with Salesforce capabilities
• Drive platform adoption and process optimization
Requirements:
• Strategic facilitation, change management, executive communication
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Good English proficiency
• Leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management
Recommended Certification:
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
• Salesforce Strategy Designer (optional for strategic roles)
