Your new role
As a Salesforce Architect, you will act as the technical authority within the commercial domain, defining and maintaining end-to-end architecture aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement and optimize solutions that support sales operations, ensuring scalability, performance, data security and compliance. You will also lead the evaluation of technology stacks and platforms that enhance commercial capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Sales Domain Architecture: Define the architectural vision and standards, ensuring alignment with strategy and best practices from design through to operations.
• Lead-to-Cash: Map and optimize the entire cycle — lead generation, customer acquisition, pricing, quoting, order management and revenue recognition — to reduce errors and improve customer experience.
• Transition to Software Model: Support the shift towards digital products and services, defining offerings, pricing models and the infrastructure required for licensing, digital delivery and subscriptions.
• Subscription & Revenue Management: Design robust mechanisms for subscription handling (billing, invoicing, renewals, policies, service levels).
• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT security policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards across all solutions.
• Integrations & Governance: Orchestrate integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems, promoting governance, data quality and observability throughout the lifecycle.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience in architecting complex Salesforce solutions, acting as a technical reference for business and IT teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Lead-to-Cash process and subscription/revenue models.
• Hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; experience with Revenue Cloud and B2B Commerce is highly desirable.
• Solid background in integrations (API-first, event-driven, middleware) and in ensuring performance, scalability and security of cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with CPQ and configurable product catalogues is a plus.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, drive technical decisions and promote standards and best practices across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a product-oriented mindset focused on business value.
