Your New Role
Welcome to the CRM Operations team, part of the Business Development and Support unit in Asset Management Institutional and Wholesales Distribution. We support over 200 internal Salesforce users, ensuring they have continuous access to essential information and data for effective fund distribution. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will provide top-notch user support and ensure timely and effective execution of fund data management tasks in Salesforce. You will also contribute to various change initiatives, helping design and customize our Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Salesforce and Marketing Cloud End User Support
- Respond to technical and business process-related requests.
- Create reports and dashboards for key stakeholders and management.
- Conduct training sessions.
- Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Administration
- Perform system administration tasks.
- Manage user permissions and controls.
- Configure fields, objects, rules, workflows, and other settings.
- Handle change management.
- Monitor external system integrations.
- Process Improvements and Analysis
- Monitor, analyze, and ensure quality control of processes and data.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Change Initiatives
- Collect and document requirements.
- Collaborate with developers on solution design.
- Conduct testing, implementation, documentation, and training.
- Fund Data Deliveries
- Input, maintain, and ensure quality control of fund data in Salesforce.
- Oversee regular delivery of static fund data to vendors and other external parties.
- Liaise with data vendors regarding changes and issues related to static fund data delivery.
- Maintain High-Quality Process Documentation for Salesforce-related tasks.

Salesforce Certified Administrator or working towards certification. Additional certifications, especially Marketing Cloud Administrator, are advantageous.
Experience in Salesforce Administration within the financial sector, ideally Asset Management. Exceptions may be made for candidates with a strong Salesforce background and interest in Asset Management.
Experience with Marketing Cloud and static fund data is a plus.
Master’s degree in IT, economics, finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Visio).
Fluent in English (mandatory).
