Your main responsibilities will be:


  • Lead and develop Sales Development Representative teams, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention
  • Ensure team performance meets KPIs and targets by organizing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans
  • Provide coaching and mentoring while maintaining clear communication with both local management and international partner teams
  • Contribute to the growth of the lead generation division in Portugal and act as a local implementer of strategic campaign plans
  • Summarize and present performance results to internal stakeholders


You have/are:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager or team leader within a B2B sales/teleprospecting team
  • Native-level fluency in Dutch or German is required. Proficiency in both languages is a strong plus
  • Very good command of English
  • Organized and able to structure team activities efficiently
  • Pragmatic in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Result-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving KPIs and team goals
